We are in this together!

Together we can work on building an eclectic array of skills, explore who you are, and figure out what can help you achieve your wellness goals (with a dash of educated creativity from me).

Systemic feminist therapy taps into all areas of your life (eg. family, history, life events, spirituality, role identifies, etc) and creates a well rounded perspective on areas of self development.
