Individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one relationship between you and your licensed therapist. It's a safe space to explore what's happening in your life—whether that's challenges, transitions, emotional struggles, or a desire for deeper self-understanding.

Pricing

Individual Sessions: $160 per 50 minute session, $250 per 90 minute session

Currently In Network with some: Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Premera, Regence, and First Choice plans.

What to expect

Session Structure

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs and preferences. We create a consistent schedule to support your progress.

Therapist Match

If you don't feel a connection with your assigned therapist after 1-2 sessions, we can facilitate a referral with a different provider.

Your Pace

There's no "right" way to do therapy. We move at your pace, addressing what feels most important to you in each moment. You're always in control.
